It seems that the frame resolution of 2160 by 3840 pixels would meet the requirements set by both film and video productions. To avoid tone pitch change by 6% (25/24 fps) in Europe only, when changing programmes between continents, it is proposed to shoot productions using the «balanced» frame rate of 24,5 Hz.
